This International Women’s Day, we take a moment to celebrate not just the incredible women within LeaseTeq but also the strength, resilience, and power that each woman brings to our workplace. With nearly 50% of our workforce being female across Switzerland, Austria and Germany we’re proud to embrace diversity, inclusion and empowerment. 

In Austria, we’ve reached a significant milestone – achieving a perfect 50/50 gender balance. This achievement underscores our commitment to building a truly inclusive workplace where everyone, regardless of gender, has the opportunity to thrive.

Empowerment is at the heart of our mission. It’s more than just feeling strong; it’s about taking control of the life you want to live, uplifting others, and using our collective strength to drive meaningful change. We proudly stand behind SDG Goal 5: “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.” Our commitment extends beyond providing equal opportunities for women at work; it’s about fostering an environment where every woman can step into her full potential, lead with confidence, and inspire others to do the same.

This year, we are proud to support the Stiftung Frauenhaus in Zurich, contributing to their vital work in providing assistance to women in need. This reflects our broader dedication to ensuring that all women have the support and resources they need – not just to succeed, but to thrive..

Our leadership team reflects this belief, with women holding key leadership positions, including two country head roles and a c-suite member. We also understand that true empowerment comes from the freedom and flexibility to balance both career and personal life. That’s why we also prioritize work-life balance, offering hybrid and part-time options to support mothers returning from maternity leave.

As we celebrate women, we also recognize that achieving true equality is a collective effort. Men play a crucial role in fostering inclusive environments and advocating for fairness. Empowerment is not just a goal – it is a mindset and we are working toward a future where equality and empowerment are a reality for all.
